Job Overview

Integration and Configuration

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, and REST or SOAP APIs.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure successful execution of scheduled and event‑driven integrations.
  • Configure Workday modules including HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, and Talent.
  • Manage the integration lifecycle in alignment with SDLC standards and best practices.

Functional and Business Support

  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and configure Workday solutions.
  • Support Workday biannual releases including feature impact assessments, configuration updates, and regression testing.
  • Provide user training, documentation, and production support.
  • Partner with application and configuration item owners to maintain CMDB accuracy and compliance.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Develop custom and advanced Workday reports using RaaS, calculated fields, and PRISM.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and management‑level reporting.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify issues or inefficiencies.

IT Operations and Governance

  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams on patching, vulnerability remediation, and operational compliance.
  • Maintain configuration items in the CMDB and ensure data integrity and documentation accuracy.
  • Support IAM and data privacy standards across Workday and related systems.

Governance, Risk, and Compliance

  • Participate in internal audits and adhere to ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
  • Complete application risk assessments and assist with security and privacy documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and resiliency teams for disaster recovery planning and service impact assessments.
  • Execute IAM procedures including user access reviews and entitlements management.
  • Manage patching and remediation actions with infrastructure and security teams.
  • Report and manage non‑compliance items and support audit issue resolution.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. ​
