Integration and Configuration
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, and REST or SOAP APIs.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure successful execution of scheduled and event‑driven integrations.
- Configure Workday modules including HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, and Talent.
- Manage the integration lifecycle in alignment with SDLC standards and best practices.
Functional and Business Support
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and configure Workday solutions.
- Support Workday biannual releases including feature impact assessments, configuration updates, and regression testing.
- Provide user training, documentation, and production support.
- Partner with application and configuration item owners to maintain CMDB accuracy and compliance.
Reporting and Analysis
- Develop custom and advanced Workday reports using RaaS, calculated fields, and PRISM.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and management‑level reporting.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify issues or inefficiencies.
IT Operations and Governance
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams on patching, vulnerability remediation, and operational compliance.
- Maintain configuration items in the CMDB and ensure data integrity and documentation accuracy.
- Support IAM and data privacy standards across Workday and related systems.
Governance, Risk, and Compliance
- Participate in internal audits and adhere to ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
- Complete application risk assessments and assist with security and privacy documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and resiliency teams for disaster recovery planning and service impact assessments.
- Execute IAM procedures including user access reviews and entitlements management.
- Manage patching and remediation actions with infrastructure and security teams.
- Report and manage non‑compliance items and support audit issue resolution.
