Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Market Growth & Revenue Delivery:

  • Drive Visa’s sales strategy and deliver revenue and payment volume targets
  • Build manage and convert a strong commercial pipeline
  • Lead growth initiatives that expand Visa’s portfolio

Strategic Account Leadership:

  • Serve as trusted advisor to senior executives at banks fintech's MNOs and ecosystem partners
  • Lead structured business reviews and solution planning
  • Identify strategic opportunities aligned to client needs

Contracting & Deal Structuring:

  • Lead commercial negotiations including pricing incentives and partnership agreements
  • Explain and negotiate critical contract terms

Ecosystem Engagement & Thought Leadership:

  • Represent Visa in external forums and regulatory engagements.
  • Provide market insights and competitive intelligence

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work with Product MS&A VAS Marketing Risk and Government Engagement
  • Lead initiatives end-to-end from idea to post-launch for MSA within the assigned markets
