Key Responsibilities:
Market Growth & Revenue Delivery:
- Drive Visa’s sales strategy and deliver revenue and payment volume targets
- Build manage and convert a strong commercial pipeline
- Lead growth initiatives that expand Visa’s portfolio
Strategic Account Leadership:
- Serve as trusted advisor to senior executives at banks fintech's MNOs and ecosystem partners
- Lead structured business reviews and solution planning
- Identify strategic opportunities aligned to client needs
Contracting & Deal Structuring:
- Lead commercial negotiations including pricing incentives and partnership agreements
- Explain and negotiate critical contract terms
Ecosystem Engagement & Thought Leadership:
- Represent Visa in external forums and regulatory engagements.
- Provide market insights and competitive intelligence
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with Product MS&A VAS Marketing Risk and Government Engagement
- Lead initiatives end-to-end from idea to post-launch for MSA within the assigned markets
