    ROLE SUMMARY

    The Structural Manager is responsible for overseeing all structural engineering aspects of the project, ensuring that designs prepared by the EPC Contractor comply with applicable codes, standards, and performance requirements. The role supports the SPV in reviewing structural deliverables, identifying structural risks, and ensuring proper coordination across disciplines.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Structural Design Review

  • Review structural calculations, drawings, and technical documentation — including geotechnical report evaluation — prepared by the EPC Contractor.
  • Ensure compliance with international standards, local codes, and project performance requirements.
  • Technical Oversight

  • Monitor structural engineering solutions to ensure safety, durability, and constructability.
  • Identify potential structural risks and provide mitigation recommendations.
  • Interface Management

  • Coordinate structural design interfaces with architectural, MEP, and infrastructure systems.
  • Support resolution of technical design issues between the EPC Contractor and PMC.
  • SPV Technical Support

  • Provide structural engineering expertise to support the SPV's design review and approval process.
  • Participate in technical reviews, workshops, and design coordination meetings.
  • MINIMUM CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

    Experience

  • Minimum 12–15 years of experience in structural engineering.
  • Experience in large-scale infrastructure or airport projects.
  • Strong knowledge of international structural codes and standards.
  • Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
