Job Overview

HR Team 
ROLE PURPOSE AND SUMMARY 
Oversee HR functions including rewards, benefits, pensions, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting a positive work environment. 

EXPERIENCE 
10+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in large-scale infrastructure projects. Experience in airport construction is highly desirable. 

QUALIFICATIONS 
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proficiency in English and Uzbek is required. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ROLE SPECIFIC TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES 
- Manage HR functions including rewards, benefits, and pensions. 
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations and standards.
- Promote positive employee relations and work environment.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to achieve HR goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team.       
   
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES 
 - Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. 
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment. 
- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture. 
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members. 
- Manage resources effectively to achieve business objectives.
