The Workers Compensation Administration Officer is responsible for supporting the Workers Compensation and Workplace Relations teams with a broad range of administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with multiple stakeholders, and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support while contributing to positive employee outcomes.

Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Management of electronic data submissions for Victorian self-insurance.
  • Accurate and complete data entry and management in the workers compensation claims system (Solv).
  • Provide support to Workers Compensation Manager with continuous improvement projects.
  • Manage end to end processing and payment of accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with state-based legislation and self-insurance requirements.
  • Management and timely processing of weekly compensation.
  • Management of workers compensation inbox.
  • Coordinate drug and alcohol testing.
  • Assist with policy and process management for workers compensation and workplace relations.
  • Provide ad hoc support to workers compensation and workplace relation teams.
