We are looking for a Quality Project Engineer (M/F) at our location in Masevaux (68290) in France.

Your tasks:

Take the next step in your career with us in a global innovative automotive environment:

  • Manage integrated action plans across different departments following internal complaints and non-conformities.

  • Participate in risk assessment for new products and processes (FMEA).

  • Monitor customer quality performance and project quality.

  • Process customer warranty returns.

  • Submit customer deviation requests and monitor the resulting action plans.

  • Contribute to continuous quality improvement within the company based on your experience.

  • Prepare product and process validation files (customer PPAP) and submit them to customers.

  • Research solutions in the event of a quality crisis, in collaboration with other departments (particularly production, methods, and maintenance) through problem-solving analyses and working groups.

  • Handle customer complaints (using the 8D methodology).

  • Ensure that the required standards are properly applied at the company level in collaboration with the production quality technician and the quality assurance technician.

  • Update RQM control procedures and monitoring plans following internal and/or external non-conformities.

  • Participate in projects (APQP).

  • Ensure the planning of quality deliverables according to customer standards and specifications.

  • Conduct VDA 6.3 process audits in preparation for customer audits.

  • Participate in defining measurement methods and tools.
