Laboratory Technician

at one of our locations in One Mobility Morocco - in Tangier, Morocco

Main Mission
Ensure the reliability, compliance, and traceability of dimensional and physical measurements carried out in the laboratory, while guaranteeing compliance with standards, internal procedures, and customer requirements.

Metrology and Measurements

• Perform dimensional and geometric measurements on parts, components, and tooling.

• Use conventional and coordinate measuring equipment (CMM).

• Carry out conformity inspections according to drawings, tolerances, and technical specifications.

• Analyze and interpret measurement results.

Measurement Equipment Management

• Manage, calibrate, and perform periodic verification of measuring instruments.

• Ensure metrological traceability in accordance with applicable standards (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, IATF 16949, etc.).

• Identify equipment drift and propose corrective actions.

Quality and Documentation

• Prepare inspection reports, measurement records, and metrology files.

• Participate in the definition and continuous improvement of measurement procedures.

• Contribute to internal and external audits (customer and certification audits).
