As part of its development, Volton strengthens its human resources in Athens and seeks a Business Process Management (BPM) Analyst.

The BPM Analyst works under the supervision of the Project Manager and is responsible for analyzing business needs in order to assess and define together with all relevant departments, new implementations or required changes/improvements for the successful delivery of projects. The role is not limited to a single project or the needs of a specific department, but rather involves a broader view of the overall business requirements.

This role collaborates with project owners to evaluate whether the business can support the planned actions or if new implementations are needed. In large-scale projects, they may undertake coordination tasks, always in collaboration with and under the guidance of the Project Manager, ensuring that each project aligns with the company’s strategic goals and regulatory requirements. This position reports to the Project Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and support projects with a holistic approach to business needs
  • Collect and analyze data, measure performance, support and monitor project execution
  • Deliver projects successfully according to the plan, business needs, and under the guidance of the Project Manager
  • Analyze business and financial impact of proposed implementations
  • Support the development of business cases and cost-benefit analyses
  • Collect and analyze data on existing processes, identify areas for improvement
  • Support the Project Manager in project planning by providing analysis and documentation
  • Monitor regulatory changes and evaluate their impact on operations
  • Participate in risk management through well-documented analysis
  • Support the documentation of requirements, flowcharts, and KPIs
  • Collaborate and maintain regular communication with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure strong and effective partnerships

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related field
  • Good understanding of ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA) and service management frameworks
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
  • Excellent communication with a service-oriented mindset
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus
  • Fluent in Greek and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with reporting tools
