As part of its development Volton strengthens its human resources in Athens and seeks a Procedures and Compliance Analyst.
The Procedures & Compliance Analyst supports the design, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the company’s processes, with the aim of enhancing operational efficiency, cross-functional collaboration, and compliance with standards (such as ISO 9001). This role is actively involved in process mapping, analysis, and documentation, as well as in managing related workflows through tools such as Jira.
The position reports to the Procedures & Compliance Manager.
Responsibilities
- Improve business processes to increase efficiency, ensure compliance, and align with company strategy
- Process analysis, documentation, redesign, and monitoring of implementation. Identifying deviations and operational risks while fostering cross-departmental collaboration. Leveraging workflow management tools (e.g., Jira) for process tracking and improvement
- Build a consistent, efficient, and compliant operational framework that strengthens customer experience and drives business excellence
- Collect and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of existing processes
- Map and document processes in collaboration with business teams
- Support the design and implementation of improvements based on KPIs and feedback
- Monitor performance indicators and contribute to reporting activities
- Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO 9001) through documentation and audits
- Participate in trainings and communication activities to promote new processes across teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally to understand needs, identify improvement opportunities, and drive adoption of processes
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in process, quality, compliance, or project management roles
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Production Engineering, Economics or related field
- A Master’s degree in Business Process Management, Quality Management, or Project Management will be considered an asset
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001 standards (familiarity with ISO 14001, 45001, or other standards will be a plus)
- Understanding of basic BPM (Business Process Management) principles and Compliance frameworks
- Experience in process mapping (e.g., using BPMN, flowcharts, SIPOC)
- Previous experience in an ISO-certified environment or regulated industries (e.g., energy, banking, manufacturing)
- Experience with workflow/ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) or equivalent tools
- Familiarity with KPIs & reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) will be an asset
- Understanding of risk management and internal control tools
