Team

Role

We’re seeking a talented and seasoned Producer who is deeply passionate about mobile games and laser-focused on creating the next big hits. With extensive experience in the industry, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering fun to millions of players. As the driving force behind the game's success, you'll ensure the game app reaches the highest standards of quality and innovation.

1. Project management & Planning:

• Define scope and create schedules

• Drive resource allocation in the studio

• Track progress and mitigate risks

2. Product quality & vision:

• Champion the game vision

• Oversee QA for quality

• Provide feedback on gameplay and player experience

3. Production process & Optimization:

• Establish and refine development workflows

• Identify and resolve bottlenecks

• Implement best practices

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Producer in casual mobile games

• Experience in team coordination

• Good sense of gameplay experience, and special attention to details

• Deep collaboration mindset, including excellent interpersonal skills, and a positive mindset towards receiving, acting on, and giving feedback

• Accountability, independence, and responsibility when given ownership over your work

• Communication skills in English, both written and verbal
