As we enter a new phase of development, we are strengthening our Sales team and looking for a Senior SDR with a strong hunter mindset to unlock new business opportunities and fuel our growth.

We are a team of 17 passionate professionals combining product, growth, content, partnerships, and sales expertise.
The Sales team plays a central role in monetizing our audience by building strong partnerships with agencies and brands. As a Senior SDR, you will work closely with Sales Managers and Account Executives to generate qualified opportunities and expand our advertiser base in France.
Role
WeMoms is looking to strengthen its sales team in France to drive advertising revenue from agencies and brands.
As WeMoms’ Senior Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for designing and executing our outbound acquisition strategy by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities.
Your mission is clear: open doors, create pipeline, and generate high-quality meetings for the Sales team.
This is a high-impact role with strong ownership, focused primarily on outbound hunting.
Key Responsibilities
Identify & Target Strategic Accounts
Identify, source, and prioritize high-potential brands and agencies
Map key decision-makers (Brand Directors, Media Managers, Digital Leads, etc.)
Develop account-based outbound strategies
Drive Outbound Prospecting
Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, social selling)
Build creative and personalized outreach strategies
Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities
Maintain consistent and disciplined follow-up
Qualify & Structure Opportunities
Understand client business objectives and marketing challenges
Identify budget, decision-making process, and timeline
Ensure high-quality qualification before handing over to Sales Managers
Work closely with Account Executives to maximize conversion rates
Pipeline & Performance Management
Own your pipeline and prospecting KPIs
Maintain rigorous CRM updates and reporting
Continuously improve scripts, sequences, and messaging
Contribute to refining outbound processes and best practices
Profile
4–7+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development / SDR roles
Proven track record in outbound lead generation
Experience in digital advertising, media, adtech, or SaaS is a strong plus
Fluent in French, professional level of English is a bonus
