Senior Data Scientist (m/f/d)

🎯 Your Mission 

As a Senior Data Scientist – Offer, you’ll play a key role in transforming how we negotiate deals and forecast demand. You’ll work closely with Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, and the Product Manager of the “Offer” domain to deliver measurable impact and help us scale efficiently. 

Your key responsibilities will include: 

• Act as the go-to expert for AI within the “Offer” domain, understanding key business challenges and proposing new opportunities. 
• Conduct research on cutting-edge algorithms, benchmark them, and apply the most suitable approaches to real-world use cases. 
• Design and deploy at scale high-impact forecasting models to anticipate market demand and optimize supplier negotiations. 
• Collaborate with Data Analysts to run and monitor A/B tests, enabling rapid iteration on new high-value features 
• Ensure models are accessible and reliable by embedding them into web applications and monitoring real-time performance. 
• Contribute as a technical bar-raiser: uphold coding best practices, lead major code reviews, and introduce new workflows or tools. 
• Strengthen team visibility through blog posts, demos, and participation in meetups or open-source projects.
