As an HR Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our organization by aligning people strategy with business ambitions. You’ll be the trusted advisor to leaders and managers, supporting them on all people-related topics - from team performance to organizational design - while driving a culture of engagement, impact, and growth.

You’ll work closely with C-level executives, managers, and cross-functional partners to deliver measurable results, ensure talent readiness, and help the business scale efficiently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Act as a strategic partner to leadership teams, translating business challenges into actionable HR strategies that drive performance and engagement.
• Collaborate with managers and employees to foster an environment of trust, empowerment, and continuous development - through coaching, feedback, and talent programs.
• Lead and support change management initiatives, helping teams adapt and thrive during periods of transformation and organizational evolution.
• Drive talent management and succession planning to ensure teams have the right capabilities to meet both current and future business needs.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics (engagement, turnover, performance trends) to anticipate challenges and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Ensure operational excellence across the full employee lifecycle - onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding - by implementing efficient, employee-centered processes.
• Champion our culture and values, working as a connector between teams to promote collaboration, well-being, and a strong sense of belonging.
