Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the IT sector.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft detailed job descriptions.
  • Source candidates using a variety of platforms, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the organization.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support future hiring needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on selection best practices and interview techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the IT or technology services industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment marketing strategies and employer branding.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.
