Why we are here
Tony’s Chocolonely is committed to ending exploitation in cocoa. We are an impact company that makes chocolate, not a chocolate company that makes impact. With incredibly tasty chocolate, we lead by example, demonstrating that ethical practices and success can go hand in hand. Through Tony's Open Chain (TOC), mission allies like Albert Heijn, Ben & Jerry's, Jokolade, and Aldi have embraced a fairer, more transparent supply chain for their chocolate too.
What you will do
As our IT Business Partner for Tony’s Finance teams, you play a pivotal role in establishing and optimizing all financial processes within our organization. In this role, you contribute to the core of the business by ensuring these processes are not only effective and efficient, but also future proof.
You work closely with the Finance team to understand their process needs and challenges, translating them into clear requirements for technical solutions that increase efficiency and reduce errors. You collaborate closely with external IT partners to ensure the smooth implementation of new systems and new solutions, while ensuring optimal performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
This includes identifying areas suitable for automation, designing and implementing technological improvements, ensuring systems are accurate and reliable, and making sure the Finance team is well equipped to use these systems effectively.
In this very hands-on, individual contributor role, you focus on streamlining financial processes by integrating technologies that not only support day-to-day operations, but contribute to the organization’s strategic goals. You do this by analyzing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and developing robust IT solutions to address them.
