What you will do 

We're looking for a National Key Account Manager to join our DACH team. Your main goals will be to continue to grow REWE, one of our major grocery accounts, and expand our business in the drug channel. You will have the exciting opportunity to develop customer strategies in a market that is growing rapidly and push the boundaries of what is possible in the chocolate industry.  

We're seeking a results-driven professional with a proven track record in growing business with key grocery accounts in Germany. Your expertise will help us elevate our revenue targets by forging solid and meaningful relationships, all while prioritizing customer satisfaction and driving the growth of REWE and the drug channel. 

You will work closely with fellow DACH sales team members and marketing, finance, and logistics specialists across team Tony's. You'll working in a hybrid way from our Hamburg office and report to the Group Key Account Manager & Category Manager. All wrapped up, in this role you will:   

  • Plan, develop and implement joint account plans to establish Tony's as a top brand in the German market.

  • Continue to grow the REWE key account (HQ, regions and partners) by managing annual negotiations incl. price negotiations, identifying growth opportunities, increasing distribution and visibility, and planning promotional activities.

  • Expand the drug channel by further developing the existing customers as well as acquiring new ones, developing customer relationships, securing listings and executing promotional activities.

  • Optimize smooth sales processes with accurate forecasting and budgeting, monitoring business performance and turning data into actionable insights.

  • Build strong long‑term relationships with key choice makers of your customers.

  • Be the number 1 spokesperson for your customer within Team Tony's and make sure that all whole cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Field Sales Team, Operations and Finance) are aligned and inspired to deliver.
