Job Overview

Why we are here

Tony’s Open Chain aims for systemic change in the cocoa industry, focusing on higher cocoa prices, human rights and environmental protection. Together with all its partners, Tony's Open Chain works towards a future where cocoa farmers are enabled to earn at least a living income, where children can go to school, learn and play and where forests are protected.

Through Tony's Open Chain (TOC), a group of committed companies (brands and retailers) – we call them mission allies - have embraced a fairer, more transparent supply chain for their chocolate too. By joining Tony’s Open Chain and employing ethical sourcing and purchasing practices for their cocoa, they play a crucial role in spreading awareness and increasing cocoa bean volumes sourced through Tony’s Open Chain.

With incredibly tasty chocolate, Tony’s Chocolonely  is the founding Mission Ally of Tony’s Open Chain; leading by example, demonstrating that ethical practices and success can go hand in hand.
