Now we are on the hunt for our new Marketing and Communications Intern to join our team in Amsterdam!   This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on marketing and communications experience in a growing impact-company, all while making a significant positive impact in the world of cocoa.  

  

Here’s what you’ll learn:  

  • Brand storytelling & campaigning: Support the creation and execution of brand campaigns that strengthen Tony’s brand love and taste perception in the Benelux. Learn how to develop clear and impactful communication materials tailored to different audiences and campaign needs.

  • Trade marketing: Gain hands-on experience in developing trade marketing materials for retail, e-commerce, and Tony’s Superstore. Learn how to translate brand guidelines into effective point-of-sale and online marketing assets.

  • Stakeholder management: Learn how to collaborate smoothly with a variety of internal teams and external partners. Develop skills in managing expectations, keeping stakeholders informed, and coordinating activities across different functions.

  • Product development: Support product marketeers in executing the annual marketing plan. Gain practical experience managing product-related tasks, from creating briefs to supporting product launches.

  

Here’s what you’ll do:

  

  • Translate our Tony’s Open Chain and marketing activities into clear, engaging communication for different channels, with a focus on owned media and social platforms.

  • Develop impactful communication materials for retail, e-commerce, and our own stores.

  • Support influencer partnerships to increase brand love and create excitement around our Superstore.

  • Help product project leads with new product development and launch preparation.

  • Collaborate with the Chocofancare (customer service) team to ensure our choco fans are happy, engaged, and connected to our mission.

  • Contribute to content creation for social media, including filming creative and impactful videos.

  • Help improve the brand experience in our Superstore in the centre of Amsterdam and Schiphol by developing new communication materials.
