We are seeking an experienced Outage Manager to lead the planning and execution of refueling and maintenance outages at a nuclear power plant. This role ensures outage activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with nuclear industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, preparation, and execution of plant refueling and maintenance outages
• Coordinate outage scope, schedules, and resources across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and contractor teams
• Monitor outage milestones and resolve issues impacting schedule, safety, or cost
• Lead outage readiness meetings, briefings, and post-outage reviews
• Ensure adherence to plant procedures, regulatory requirements, and nuclear safety culture
