Nuclear Project Scheduler

About the role

• We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Project Scheduler to support our Project Management Office. The Project Scheduler will be responsible to develop and maintain project schedules and activities for a large capital project involving power plant delivery.
• This is a part time, remote, 1099 independent contractor role without benefits.
• Compensation is determined by experience, technical expertise, and level of responsibility. Hourly rate of $95-$102/hr

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
• Coordinate with project teams to schedule and track activities
• Schedule activities to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency and safety and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with project team in a professional, technically competent manner
• Track deadlines, action items, and deliverables
• Maintain shared documents and drive organization through consistent digital file management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a scheduler utilizing Primavera P6
• Experience within the commercial nuclear power industry
• Ability to gain unescorted access at US nuclear, DOE and DOD sites
