As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving hiring excellence across corporate and site-level positions, with a strong focus on real estate talent acquisition. This role combines high-impact end-to-end recruitment ownership with meaningful involvement in people and engagement initiatives. You will work closely with business and HR stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality hiring while contributing to a positive employee experience and strong organizational culture.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate, site, and project-based roles, ensuring timely closures and quality hires
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and define clear role expectations
- Source talent through multiple channels including referrals, job portals, professional networks, social platforms, field hiring, and campus drives
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates aligned with role requirements and organizational culture
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, feedback, and decision-making with hiring managers
- Build and maintain active talent pipelines for recurring and high-demand positions
- Handle offer negotiations, documentation, and pre-joining engagement to ensure smooth onboarding
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and conversion ratios
- Ensure consistent communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal HR communications
- Assist with performance management processes, data collation, and review coordination
- Contribute to onboarding programs, induction sessions, and cultural integration of new hires
- Support learning and development initiatives through training coordination and feedback tracking
- Collaborate with HR teams on retention initiatives and employee feedback mechanisms
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Graduate or higher qualification with 5β7 years of hands-on recruitment experience
- Mandatory experience hiring for real estate roles, including sales, site, and project-based positions
- Strong expertise in bulk hiring, volume recruitment, and manpower planning
- Clear understanding of real estate job roles, skill expectations, and market dynamics
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously without compromising quality
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working with ATS/HRMS tools, spreadsheets, and recruitment dashboards
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and consistent with follow-ups
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to balance recruitment delivery and people initiatives
