We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join the Founder’s Office, working directly with the founders on high-impact business initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a product management background who wants to transition into business strategy, growth, and execution. You’ll act as a problem-solver, operator, and project owner across multiple verticals — shaping decisions that directly impact SuperK’s growth journey.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with the founder to drive strategic initiatives across retail, e-commerce, supply chain, and membership programs.
• Own end-to-end problem statements — from framing opportunities to executing pilots and scaling solutions.
• Utilize your product mindset to bring structured thinking and data-driven decision-making to complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, ops, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth execution of key projects.
• Build dashboards, frameworks, and playbooks for business operations and strategic priorities.
• Represent the Founder’s Office in internal and external stakeholder meetings, ensuring alignment and timely follow-ups.
  

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years of Product Management experience (or equivalent role with product exposure).
• Strong problem-solving ability with comfort in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret business metrics and translate them into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Eagerness to transition into a broader business role while leveraging product experience.
• Hustler mindset, willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
