Requirements

This individual contributor role will support all coordination related to pool installations, mainly water treatment, after-sales and maintenance of swimming pools, based on project specifications and design plans while focusing on operational excellence. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Liaisons with our partners and clients for after-sales services and interventions related to the pool MEP and structure.
• Coordinates and plans pool day-to-day maintenance activities with partners/vendors – AMC contract.
• Pre-sales technical support such as specification development, review, and providing technical solutions.
• Overseeing and supporting the installation team to perform the product installation adhering to timelines and budget.
• Inspection and analyzing post-handover issues and providing solutions with the support of HQ.
• Manages timeliness and quality of service right from procurement, logistics support to completion.
• Efficiently reporting issues and keeping track of the solutions.
• Identifies and evaluates local solutions for products and services.
• Generating BOQ as per filtration design, requesting water treatment quotations, vendor selection.
• Liaisons with our HQ Team on technical solutions and knowledge transfer related matters from time to time.
• Builds process competence through structured work assignments by building and streamlining operational processes, to enhance efficiency. 

Skills: Essential:

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech. Degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering with 7+ years of experience in the field of swimming pools / water features
• Expertise in water treatment and MEP works related to swimming pools 
• MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• AutoCAD
• Willing to travel as and when required
• Good English communication skills
