We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist who can create compelling, educational, and product-driven content that helps users understand, adopt, and love the product experience. This role requires more than writing—it demands strong content strategy, storytelling ability, customer understanding, and growth-focused execution.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with the product roadmap, user journey, and marketing objectives.
- Ideate and produce content across the full funnel (TOFU → MOFU → BOFU → Adoption → Retention).
- Analyze competitors, trends, and audience insights to identify new opportunities and content gaps.
2. Content Creation
Produce high-quality, research-backed content including:
- Blogs & thought leadership articles
- Product explainers and feature guides
- Case studies and customer success stories
- Email sequences and lifecycle content
- Social media and LinkedIn posts
- Website copy and landing pages
- Long-form and short-form educational content
Ensure consistency in tone, clarity, and brand voice across all touchpoints.
3. Product-Led Content
- Partner with product and engineering teams to understand features deeply.
- Simplify complex concepts into engaging, conversion-oriented content.
- Create product demos, use cases, feature launch content, and how-to guides.
4. SEO & Organic Growth
- Produce SEO-optimized content that improves organic traffic and search visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and build topic clusters aligned with positioning.
- Collaborate with SEO specialists for planning, on-page optimization, and audits.
5. Content Distribution & Promotion
- Manage content distribution across channels including LinkedIn, blogs, communities, newsletters, and email.
- Work closely with design, social, and growth teams to repurpose content.
- Track performance metrics and continuously optimize output.
6. Analytics & Insights
- Measure effectiveness using tools like GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, HubSpot, etc.
- Track KPIs such as traffic growth, conversions, engagement, dwell-time, and retention impact.
- Use insights to refine the content strategy and improve performance.
What You’ll Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in content marketing or content strategy, ideally in product, SaaS, or tech.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to translate technical information into clear, engaging narratives.
- Hands-on SEO and analytics experience.
- Comfort working with cross-functional product-led teams.
- Proficiency with tools such as Notion, HubSpot, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Canva, Figma, etc.
- Strong analytical mindset and a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Claude, etc.)
- Exposure to product marketing or GTM content
- Scriptwriting or experience collaborating with video/design teams
- Community or newsletter management
- Understanding of PLG (Product-Led Growth) frameworks
