This role focuses on driving efficient and timely collections while maintaining accurate financial records and clear communication across teams. You will handle daily follow-ups, ensure payment commitments, escalate overdue accounts when needed, and keep all billing, invoicing, and ageing reports up to date. The position requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate closely with founders, finance, sales, and success teams to ensure smooth cash-flow operations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily follow-ups with clients through WhatsApp, calls, and email.
  • Send invoices, payment links, reminders, and ensure timely acknowledgment.
  • Escalate overdue accounts with legal notices when required.
  • Secure clear and trackable payment commitments from clients.
  • Maintain accurate and updated client point-of-contact records.
  • Coordinate regularly with founders and finance teams to support collection efforts.
  • Manage and track ageing buckets: 0–30, 30–60, 60–90, and 90+ days.
  • Prepare weekly ageing reports and collections forecasts.
  • Identify risky accounts early and raise timely alerts.
  • Track Shopify subscription payouts and invoice payments.
  • Keep CRM systems and tracking sheets up to date with real-time information.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Success teams regarding upgrades, billing adjustments, and client escalations.
  • Support monthly MIS reporting, reconciliations, and billing automation or migration activities.
