This role is ideal for a passionate Flutter Developer who enjoys building polished, scalable, and user-centric mobile applications. You will be responsible for developing high-quality Android and iOS apps using Flutter and Dart, working closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless digital experiences. This position requires strong technical depth, a disciplined approach to UI/UX implementation, and a mindset geared toward clean architecture, performance optimization, and maintainable code.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Dart for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Work closely with designers and product stakeholders to translate UI/UX wireframes into responsive, pixel-perfect mobile experiences.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, and backend systems with efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure application performance, responsiveness, speed, and stability across devices and OS versions.
• Write clean, maintainable, modular, and well-documented code following established coding standards and architecture patterns.
• Diagnose, debug, and resolve complex technical issues, including performance bottlenecks and platform inconsistencies.
• Implement state management solutions such as Provider, Bloc, MobX, or GetX to maintain predictable app behavior.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to improving code quality, and maintain high engineering standards.
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter, Dart, and mobile development ecosystem advancements, adopting best practices whenever relevant.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with backend engineers, QA teams, and product managers to deliver releases on time.
• Support app store deployment processes, including signing, release notes, versioning, and compliance checks.
• Maintain clear documentation for features, APIs, and application flows to ensure knowledge continuity.

• You have at least 2 years of hands-on Flutter development experience, with a solid understanding of Dart and modern mobile application patterns.

• You have experience integrating APIs, managing large codebases, and working with mobile architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture).
