We’re looking for a Growth & Partnerships Executive to expand our client base across media, advertising, branding, and digital marketing services. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys discovering opportunities, engaging with brands, and converting conversations into long-term partnerships.
You’ll act as the first touchpoint for prospective clients—understanding their business goals, proposing creative solutions, and working closely with internal teams to bring winning campaigns to life.

What You’ll Do
New Business & Opportunity Discovery
Identify potential clients through outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and digital channels.
Research brands, industries, and decision-makers to uncover relevant sales opportunities.
Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.
Client Conversations & Solution Selling
Initiate conversations with marketing leaders, founders, and brand teams.
Understand client objectives and position relevant media, branding, and digital solutions.
Present proposals and recommendations that align with client goals and budgets.
Deal Closure & Account Handover
Lead discussions through pricing, scope, and timelines to close deals.
Prepare proposals, commercials, and follow-ups in coordination with internal teams.
Ensure smooth handover to delivery and account teams post-closure.
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with creative, strategy, and operations teams to shape customized pitches.
Share market insights and client feedback to refine offerings and positioning.
Support marketing initiatives such as campaigns, events, or outbound programs.
Performance & Market Awareness
Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Track activities, deals, and forecasts using CRM tools.
Stay informed about media trends, digital platforms, and competitor offerings.

What Will Help You Succeed
0–4 years of experience in sales, growth, partnerships, or client acquisition roles.
Strong interest in media, advertising, branding, and digital marketing.
Confident communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand client needs and pitch solutions clearly.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with outbound outreach.
Basic proficiency in presentations, proposals, and CRM systems.

Nice to Have
Experience working with creative, media, or digital marketing agencies.
Exposure to selling services such as branding, social media, performance marketing, or content.
Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, inbound leads, or consultative sales.
