MEXICO - Business Development Manager ( CONSTRUCTION CHEMICALS)

We are seeking a Business Development Manager – Construction & Coating Chemicals to oversee and expand our sales operations in Mexico. This role focuses on developing new business and managing key customer relationships for our construction chemical additives, including:

• HEC – Hydroxyethyl Cellulose
• MHEC – Methyl Hydroxyethyl Cellulose
• HPMC – Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose
• RDP – Redispersible Polymer Powder

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Develop and execute effective sales strategies for construction and coating chemical additives
🔹 Build strong relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and key accounts
🔹 Identify new business opportunities in the coatings, painting, and construction materials sectors
🔹 Provide technical and commercial support to customers
🔹 Monitor competitor activity and market trends
🔹 Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related field
✔ 10+ years of sales experience in construction or coating chemicals
✔ Strong knowledge of cellulose ethers (HEC, MHEC, HPMC) and RDP
✔ Experience working with coatings, mortar, adhesives, or building materials manufacturers
✔ Proven ability to manage key accounts and distributors
✔ Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
