The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to grow and scale our affiliate partnerships across the US and other English-speaking markets (UK, IE, CA, AU, NZ), overseeing affiliate programs for Muscle Booster, Yoga-Go, and WalkFit, and building a cross-app partnership strategy to maximize overall portfolio performance.
You’ll own performance, profitability, and partner portfolio growth — working closely with Marketing, Analytics, and Finance to drive measurable results.
What You’ll Do
Recruit, onboard, and activate new affiliates (publishers, media buyers, networks, loyalty, cashback, influencers)
Manage day-to-day partner relationships and optimize performance
Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and hybrid commercial models
Monitor and scale high-performing partners based on ROI and LTV
Analyze installs, revenue, CPA, ROI, and subscription metrics (PAM/LTV)
Own forecasting, budgeting, and growth projections
Test new traffic sources and partnership models
Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting
Partner with Finance on validation, invoicing, and payments
Improve affiliate processes, tools, and best practices
What You Bring
3+ years in affiliate, partnerships, or performance marketing
Proven experience scaling affiliate programs with strong ROI
Strong understanding of CPA economics, LTV, attribution, and unit economics
Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms and mobile measurement partners (e.g. Impact, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten, Appsflyer, Adjust, and etc.)
Strong analytical skills and confidence owning forecasts
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
Experience in mobile apps and subscription-based products
Nice to have: Experience with influencer-led affiliate programs.
