For our office in Suriname, we are looking for an ambitious and driven Assurance Senior.
Your role
As an Assurance Senior, you will help clients gain confidence in their financial reporting and business processes. You will play an important role in delivering high-quality audits while working closely with clients and colleagues.

What will you do?
In this position, you will:
build strong and lasting relationships with clients
stay in close contact with clients throughout the year
lead daily audit fieldwork and keep engagements on track
update supervisors on progress and key developments
guide and support junior colleagues in their day-to-day work
respond to changes in the client’s business and adjust the audit approach when needed
apply your accounting and audit knowledge to practical client situations
provide feedback, coaching and support to team members
contribute to a positive, collaborative and professional team culture
share ideas and help improve the way the team works
use technology and new tools to strengthen the quality of the work
continue developing your own skills and professional knowledge
