Job Overview
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support in preparing and refining presentation materials for the Chief of Staff
- Maintain tutorials, organizational homepage, and related content
- Assist with project management, including tracking of projects, resources, and events as directed by the Chief of Staff
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in curriculum management and coordination
- Coordinate and provide support for Townhalls, All-Hands meetings, and Fireside Chats, including preparation and communication
