ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Exploring and implementing new ways to automate systems
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and manufacturing operations
- Assist in defining manufacturing configuration specifications and business analysis requirements with guidance from senior team members
- Support collaboration with partners from various departments to enhance system capabilities for manufacturing
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve system monitoring, identify issues, and deliver better value to business users
- Participate in identifying, designing, developing, and implementing systems to meet business process requirements
- Work closely with the Manufacturing Team and Development Team to support quality assurance, system availability, and data integrity
- Willingness to provide support to Site IT on manufacturing-related issues, including occasional off-hours availability.
- Always standby 24*7 to provide support to Site IT on any manufacturing related support
