Job Overview
- Full-Cycle Equipment Management: Responsible for the refurbishment, installation, and commissioning of vacuum sputtering automated equipment and key components, as well as equipment conversion tasks for product changeovers.
- Preventive Maintenance & Optimization: Lead the execution of annual, quarterly, and monthly major equipment inspections and commissioning plans. Participate in design optimization and improvement projects for key components to enhance equipment reliability.
- Intelligent Analysis & Troubleshooting: Utilize internal AI tools to analyze equipment operational data and historical records, enabling accurate diagnosis and efficient resolution of production equipment failures.
- Standardized Operations & Site Management: Strictly adhere to the company's Integrated Management System (IMS encompassing Quality and EHS standards) ，Standardize the management of spare parts and the on-site working environment .
