**Sputter Target Management Technician**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sputter Target Management Technician to join our team in Penang, Malaysia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient operations of sputter target materials in our semiconductor manufacturing facility. You will work closely with production teams to support our operational excellence and maintain strict compliance with safety and quality protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain strict control of accurate inventory records for Sputter Targets and related materials using inventory management systems
• Conduct systematic Sputter Target Life assessments (Set Value and Present Value) to optimize Target utilization and operational efficiency.
• Execute rigorous quality inspections and testing of Sputter Targets to guarantee compliance with specifications and performance standards
• Organize and supervise proper storage and handling of Sputter Targets in strict compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Prepare Sputter Bill of Material documentation and maintain precise records of all material movements, inspections, and maintenance activities
• Coordinate with production teams to forecast material requirements and maintain optimal inventory levels
• Perform systematic maintenance checks on storage equipment and material handling systems
• Analyze inventory data and generate comprehensive performance reports to identify trends and critical areas for improvement
• Guarantee all work is executed in strict accordance with company safety protocols and industry standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational inefficiencies and recommending substantive solutions
