The Opportunity
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for compliance and stakeholder engagement? We’re seeking a Compliance Administration Officer to join the dynamic Placements Hub team. In this role, you’ll help manage student compliance requirements and maintain critical data across the University and its placement partners. Your work will directly contribute to the smooth operation of student placements and uphold essential accreditation standards.

Your day-to-day will involve executing compliance processes for external providers such as NSW Health, resolving student compliance issues, and maintaining up-to-date guides and templates. You’ll provide timely advice on placement procedures, interpret policy changes, and exercise initiative in resolving cases. Strong communication skills will be key as you liaise with Schools, students, and external agencies, building positive relationships and improving processes through feedback.

You’ll also be responsible for accurate records management, maintaining electronic systems, and generating reports to support compliance monitoring. This role offers variety, impact, and the opportunity to work across campuses in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This is a full-time, fixed-term position until 19 October 2026, based at Western’s Campbelltown Campus. However, travel to other campuses of the University will be required.
