The opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a transformative skilling strategy at the intersection of education and industry. As the Director, Workplace Skilling, you will shape and deliver innovative Business-to-Business training solutions that directly impact workforce capability and business performance across growth sectors in Greater Western Sydney. You’ll drive strategic client partnerships, collaborate across academic and professional teams to co-create future-focused learning solutions, and oversee the daily operations of our Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
About you
You are a strategic leader with deep experience in Business-to-Business learning solutions design and delivery. Your strength is translating business needs into scalable education solutions, and you have a strong track record in managing client relationships, leading education teams, and overseeing Registered Training Organisation operations. Your expertise spans accredited and non-accredited training, digital and blended learning, and navigating complex stakeholder environments. You bring a sound understanding of vocational education governance and compliance, and a passion for workforce capability development.
This is a 5 year fixed-term full time position. Please review the position description for further information.
The location
This is a full-time ongoing position based at our Parramatta CBD campus, although travel to other locations may be required. This position is not available in a fully remote format.
Remuneration package: Senior Salary commensurate with the successful candidate’s experience.
