The Opportunity

Join our Library team and play a key role in creating safe, welcoming and high-performing library environments across all campuses. As the Library Facilities Experience Coordinator, you will lead a team of Library Experience Officers and oversee the day-to-day delivery of facilities, collections and operational support, ensuring our spaces and services actively support student success.

You’ll coordinate maintenance and compliance, manage contractors, oversee collection workflows and deliveries, support events and displays, lead stocktakes and collection moves, and drive continuous improvement across library facilities and operations.

About You
You are an organised, people-focused professional with experience in library or facilities coordination. You bring strong knowledge of library operations (including Dewey Decimal principles), enjoy leading dispersed teams, and thrive in busy, multi-campus environments. Known for your clear communication and stakeholder engagement, you confidently balance competing priorities and are willing to travel between campuses as required.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 6 – $113,344 to $121,488 p.a. (comprising base salary of $95,777 to $102,659 p.a., plus 17% Superannuation and Leave Loading)
