The Opportunity
We are looking for a responsible and leadership-minded Community and Operations Coordinator to lead our team of volunteers in customer excellence at our Female Orphan School Heritage Site!

Guiding 16 volunteers with maturity and respect, we are looking for someone who enjoys public facing customer service, communicates well and takes pride in their presentability. If this sounds like you, please do not hesitate to apply!

This is a full-time, ongoing position based at our Parramatta South campus. It is based on site 9:00am to 4:30pm with the occasional Saturday (full overtime available)

About You

You will bring:

• Demonstrated leadership in public facing customer service (ideally involving rosters)
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
• Presentable and kind personal manner

Remuneration Package:

HEW Level 6 $112,060 to $120,109 p.a. (comprising Salary of $95,777 to $102,659 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading).
