The Opportunity 
Are you highly organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional administrative support? Join The College as a Support Services Officer and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our directorates and functions.

As a Support Services Officer, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional student experiences. In this dynamic position, you will:

  • Support teaching and business activities across multiple campuses and business units, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a dynamic environment.
  • Play a key role in supporting enrolment, attendance and results processes, helping students succeed from start to finish.
  • Contribute to Learning Management System setup and enhancing the quality of online education.
  • Support audits, maintain standards and identify process improvements that make a real difference.
  • Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams on initiatives that improve services and student engagement.
  • Gain broad exposure and develop expertise in higher education operations from HR tasks to finance and procurement.

This is a part-time 21 hours per week (0.6 FTE), ongoing position.

Who We’re Looking For:
You are a proactive and service-focused administrator who brings:

  • Strong administrative experience in a large or complex organisation (tertiary sector desirable).
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to support diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office and familiarity with student or learning management systems.
  • A commitment to accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Location
This is a full-time ongoing position based at Parramatta City Campus (1PSQ), although travel to other campuses of the University may be required. This position is not available in a fully remote format.

Remuneration Package: Professional Staff Level 5 $56,670 p.a. (comprising Salary of $49,852 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading) in accordance with the College Enterprise Agreement.

Please note - the above salary range is 0.6 FTE of the full-time equivalent rate.
