Job Overview
As a Call Center Operator, you will:
- Provide friendly, positive, and hospitable service to our in-house guests.
- Answer, route calls, and takes messages to the appropriate departments.
- Completes daily reports and records as required.
- Supply information to callers and record messages.
- Call back all guests who called to assure completion of the request.
- Maintain required record/logbook relating to the housekeeping functions, outside contracted services, or others as required.
- Be a liaison with front desk daily for services and the VIP lists.
