Grounds Person

Maintains grounds of property and related duties.

As Grounds Person, you will:

• Operate pickup truck and/or a golf cart in daily work
• Empty all trash cans at pools, three story buildings and team member parking lot as needed
• Dispose of grease and cooking oil in proper containers
• Pick up trash from curbs on property and surrounding areas to highway
• Sweep curbs and sidewalks
• Clean grounds and remove litter
• Empty trash cans in the public area building
• Empty dumpsters
• Operate trash compactor
• Break down cardboard items and places in appropriate containers
• Leave work area in a clean, neat and safe condition
