Tipi Glamping Coordinator

As a Tipi Glamping Coordinator, you will help create a unique and memorable outdoor lodging experience for guests staying in our luxury tipi accommodations. This role combines guest service with hands-on outdoor setup and coordination to ensure each glamping stay is comfortable, organized, and unforgettable.

As a Tipi Glamping Coordinator, you will:

• Coordinate guest arrivals and departures for the tipi glamping experience.
• Prepare and set up tipis and glamping areas prior to guest arrival, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and readiness.
• Provide guests with an overview of the glamping experience, amenities, and resort activities.
• Assist guests with questions, requests, and recommendations during their stay.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and activities teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Monitor the glamping area to ensure supplies, equipment, and amenities are stocked and maintained.
• Assist with inventory and organization of glamping supplies and equipment.
• Ensure all areas meet safety and presentation standards.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and create memorable outdoor experiences for guests.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily operations.
