If you can’t stand the heat, get out of the kitchen! Actually for you, it is just the opposite.  You are why they call it the heart of the house.  Generously sharing what you know has gained the trust and respect from the team.  You have found your passion, Westgate Resorts will take you to the next level! 
 
As a Chef de Cuisine, you will: 
 

• Train and support the culinary team in the finer points of cooking 
• Build a strong team and stay courteous to all owners, guests and team members  
• Have a keen sense of budget  
• Act as the role model for all health codes and sanitation practices
