Assists management staff in processing sales quickly and efficiently.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Double check manager’s paperwork
- Check available inventory for the managers
- Process monies
- Run Bank of America credit card applications when applicable
- Run FICO Score when applicable
- Take deals to the Contracts Office
- Handle mailout deals when applicable
- Run inventory reports
- Make sure the Managers office is stocked
