Assists management staff in processing sales quickly and efficiently.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Double check manager’s paperwork
  • Check available inventory for the managers
  • Process monies
  • Run Bank of America credit card applications when applicable
  • Run FICO Score when applicable
  • Take deals to the Contracts Office
  • Handle mailout deals when applicable
  • Run inventory reports
  • Make sure the Managers office is stocked
