The VOA Support Staff serves as the primary point of contact for all VOA tours returning to the property. This role ensures a smooth and welcoming experience for guests by greeting families, assisting with room assignments, resolving initial room issues, and coordinating with in-house representatives. The position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all VOA tours returning to the property.
- Greet families at the front desk and escort them to their rooms.
- Handle initial room issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and contact the In-House Representative to activate activity cards.
- Complete “Welcome Cards” with the representative’s name and phone number.
- Run weekend check-in reports.
- Assign tours booked on short notice over the weekend.
- Communicate any issues with the VOA Manager.
- Print VOA contracts from CSD.
- Other duties as assigned.
