What you’ll do

You take ownership from the moment the phone rings.

  • Handle inbound calls from pharmacy partners (B2B) with confidence and clarity

  • Process orders accurately in Shopify and ensure smooth follow-through

  • Identify commercial opportunities and forward qualified leads internally

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with pharmacy partners

  • Act as the bridge between partners and internal teams

  • Keep things organized, structured, and running efficiently


What you bring

You’re someone who combines people skills with a commercial mindset.

  • Native German (spoken and written)

  • A confident and professional phone presence

  • Experience in customer service, inside sales, or similar roles

  • Strong ownership and ability to work independently

  • Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented way of working

  • Interest or basic understanding of health, pharma, or supplements is a plus
