What you’ll do
You take ownership from the moment the phone rings.
Handle inbound calls from pharmacy partners (B2B) with confidence and clarity
Process orders accurately in Shopify and ensure smooth follow-through
Identify commercial opportunities and forward qualified leads internally
Build strong, trust-based relationships with pharmacy partners
Act as the bridge between partners and internal teams
Keep things organized, structured, and running efficiently
What you bring
You’re someone who combines people skills with a commercial mindset.
Native German (spoken and written)
A confident and professional phone presence
Experience in customer service, inside sales, or similar roles
Strong ownership and ability to work independently
Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented way of working
Interest or basic understanding of health, pharma, or supplements is a plus
