At weWow, you’ll lead one of our key partnerships: 123inkt Group (123inkt, PrintAbout, Cartridge People).

You’ll manage and grow a multilingual sales team (15+ FTE) across markets like NL, UK, FR, SE, IT, and DE, with plenty of room to scale.

What will you do?

• Lead, coach, and grow an international sales team

• Own revenue and performance across markets

• Track KPIs and improve processes

• Hire, scale, and expand into new markets

• Manage stakeholders and spot growth opportunities

Hands-on when needed. Strategic where it matters.

This role is for you if you…

• Are native Dutch + fluent in English

• Have 5+ years in sales leadership

• Have managed teams of 10+ people

• Know how to drive revenue and performance

• Thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
