The Systems Analyst plays an important role in supporting the National Cervical Screening Programme by ensuring the National Cervical Screening Programme Register (NCSP-R) remains accurate, reliable, and fit for purpose. Working at the intersection of data, systems, and quality, you'll use analysis and reporting to identify trends, investigate issues, and support informed decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with complex information, and driving continuous improvements that contribute to better health outcomes for communities across Aotearoa.
Ngā haepapa matua | Key responsibilities
- Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of information held within the National Cervical Screening Programme Register (NCSP-R).
- Conduct data validation, reconciliation, monitoring, and assurance activities to identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Investigate system issues, data discrepancies, and anomalies, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
- Produce regular and ad hoc reports, analysis, and insights to support operational, clinical, and programme decision-making.
- Monitor system performance, exception reports, and work queues to proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to provide specialist advice on register processes, system functionality, and data integrity.
