- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates through virtual interviews, resume evaluations, and fit analysis.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth placement process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Keep records accurate and up to date on the ATS, ensuring compliance with data and legal standards.
- Stay informed of industry trends, market insights, and best practices in global hiring.
