Job Overview

The Personal Driver to the CEO is responsible for providing safe, punctual, and confidential transportation services to the CEO for all official and personal engagements. This role includes maintaining the assigned vehicle in excellent condition, ensuring smooth travel logistics, supporting airport/meeting transfers, and coordinating closely with the CEO’s office. The driver must demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and reliability at all times.
 

Key Responsibilities

1. Executive Transportation & Support

  • Provide daily transportation for the CEO to and from the office, meetings, events, and other destinations as required.

  • Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off according to the CEO’s schedule.

  • Support travel logistics, including airport transfers, meeting coordination, and personal errands as assigned.

  • Maintain complete confidentiality regarding all conversations, travel plans, and activities of the CEO.

2. Travel Support for Visitors & Senior Staff

  • Support transportation for visiting international staff, business partners, and senior executives when assigned by the CEO.

  • Facilitate safe and comfortable travel within the country, including guest house, hotel, airport, and office transfers.

3. Vehicle Maintenance & Safety

  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle inspections to ensure optimal performance and safety.

  • Keep the vehicle clean, polished, and presentable at all times (interior and exterior).

  • Ensure appropriate fuel levels before every trip and proactive planning for long-distance travel.

  • Work closely with the Logistics Officer or Admin team to schedule maintenance, repairs, and servicing.

  • Report any mechanical issues, irregularities, or safety concerns immediately in writing.

4. Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate vehicle log sheets daily, including mileage, fuel consumption, routes, and service records.

  • Monitor fuel usage and report any consumption irregularities.

  • Ensure the vehicle is used strictly for authorized purposes and in alignment with the CEO’s instructions.

  • Follow all organizational protocols and legal requirements in case of an accident or incident.

5. Conduct, Professionalism & Discretion

  • Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and professional appearance.

  • Uphold professionalism at all times—polite, respectful, and supportive.

  • Exercise absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding the CEO’s activities, personal matters, conversations, and schedule.

  • Be flexible with working hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or extended hours based on the CEO’s schedule.
